JDTC TTA AWARDED GRANT TO EXPAND SERVICES
Juvenile Drug Treatment Court Training and Technical Assistance Initiative (JDTC TTA) has been awarded $2 million from the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention to expand its services to the field. With this funding, JDTC TTA will extend its training of and technical assistance for juvenile drug treatment courts (JDTCs) working to implement the Juvenile Drug Treatment Court Guidelines and expand its scope to provide JDTC practitioners, families, and schools critical and timely new trainings and resources to combat racial and ethnic disparities and the increase in opioid use among youth in their communities.
